Kiln Drying
Country Concepts has a large capacity wood drying building on-site.
Our kiln can process 6,000 board-foot of lumber at a time. We dry our lumber in a chamber where air circulation, relative humidity and temperature can be controlled so that the moisture content of wood can be reduced to a target point without having any drying defects. Wood can be heated up to 160 degrees to remove any infestation from the wood.
